Dear Lake Front Property Owner:

The purpose of this email is to inform you that Florida Law requires all Homeowners Associations (HOAs) to revive their Restrictive Covenants and By-Laws with current property owners. This law requires Lake Asbury Lake Lot Owners Association, Inc., (LALLOA) to collect your written vote for the Restrictive Covenants and By-Laws.

The governing documents that are being ‘revived’ are the same governing documents your lake front community recorded with Clay County over 30 years ago. You can review these documents at this site: https://bit.ly/31K1pBw

The State of Florida requires a separate and distinct Consent Form be assigned for the Restrictive Covenants and for the By-laws. Attached to this email are four (4) documents, an Informational Letter and a Consent Form for the Restrictive Covenants and an additional Informational Letter and Consent Form for the By-Laws.

The Informational Letter provides more details about this project as well as contact information where you can address any questions or concerns. The Consent Form provides the address where to mail or deliver the signed forms. Both Consent Forms must be signed and returned.

If, after reviewing all of the documentation, you agree to this effort, please take at least the next fourteen (14) days to review these documents and return the two completed signed Consent Forms if you approve this effort.

Remember your LALLOA Board is the governing body who is responsible for keeping your lakes private and enforces the rules you establish. LALLOA plays a critical role towards the privacy of our three lakes.

Respectfully, Lake Asbury Lake Lot Owners Association, Inc.:

Russ Jones – Chair
Jacky Bentley – Vice Chair
Mark Wantage – Secretary
Kay Manly – Treasurer
Bryan Ruiz – Board Member
Troy Rankin – Board Member
Chris Russell – Board Member
