Membership to the Lake Lot Owners Access & Privacy Organization and obtaining Vessel Passes & Keys to the Boat Ramps

Membership to the Lake Lot Owners Access & Privacy Organization:  All lakefront property owners are members of LALLOA (your lakefront HOA) and may apply for a Full Access Annual Membership to the Lake Asbury Lake Lot Access & Privacy Org., at a cost in 2023 of $100.00 or a Supporting Level Annual Membership to the Lake Asbury Lake Lot Access & Privacy Org., at a cost in 2023 of $50.00. This Supporting Level membership does not include access to a ramp gate key or motorized access to the Lake Asbury lakes.

As a member, you and your family recognize the importance of supporting and helping to keep access to our lakes private and keep the LALLOA properties well-maintained. If during the year, you change your Supporting Membership Level to a Full Access Membership Level, your $50 will apply as credit towards the Annual Full Membership fee. More information about membership levels can be found in the Lake Asbury Lake lot Access & Privacy Org. Charter on page 6. To enroll, complete and return the Lake Lot Owner Access & Privacy Organization Agreement/Application for membership.

Motorized Water Vessel Pass:  All lakefront property owners enrolled with a Full Access Membership to the Lake Asbury Lake Lot Access & Privacy Organization will be issued two (2) personalized Motorized Water Vessel Passes.  A Vessel Pass must be carried when operating a motorized water vessel on the Lake Asbury Lakes.  Water Vessels operating without a valid current Motorized Water Vessel Pass will be considered trespassing.

Ramp Gate Keys: All lakefront property owners enrolled with a Full Access Membership to the Lake Asbury Lake Lot Access & Privacy Organization will be issued a key to the Lake Asbury boat ramps. Ramp Gate Keys belong to the lakefront property owner.  If a guest of the Full Access Member brings their water vessel, the property owner must accompany the guest to the boat ramp.  Any person using the boat ramp key who is not accompanied by a property owner can be denied access to the lake.  You should open the gates to yourself, immediate family members and guests only. Your Motorized Vessel Pass must always be carried while boating on the Lake Asbury lakes.

Obtaining a Ramp Gate Key & Motorized Vessel Pass:  The Lake Asbury Lake Lot Owner Access & Privacy Organization Agreement/Application must be completed and submitted to the board with payment to enroll and obtain a Vessel Pass and a key to the ramps.  Locks are typically rekeyed each year in March.
