About LALLOA

The Lake Asbury Lake Lot Owners Association, Inc. (LALLOA) is an all-volunteer board responsible to do any and all things necessary to promote the general welfare of the members of this association and to safeguard the lakes.  LALLOA protects and aids in the continued private access to the lakes of Lake Asbury to members owning lakefront property on Lake Asbury.

LALLOA cooperates with Lake Asbury Community Association and Lake Asbury Municipal Service Benefit District in the enforcement of conditions, covenants, and restrictions as deemed needed and as may be applicable by those entities. (At this time the only covenants that LALLOA still enforces are the covenants that apply to LALLOA-owned or shared property. i.e. the lake bottoms, boat ramps for access to the lakes.)

LALLOA is responsible to enforce rules and regulations for access and for use of the lakes of Lake Asbury.

LALLOA advocates and promotes actions and activities intended to aid in the health and ecology on and around the Lakes for the continued use and enjoyment of Lake Asbury Lake Lot owners and their guests.

LALLOA also provides Plan Review for construction, and structural improvements/changes to the lake lot owner’s waterfront property including docks, bulkheads, and dock houses.

The Board of Directors currently convenes on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 pm at the Lake Asbury Community Center located at 282 Branscomb Rd., Green Cove Springs, Fl 32043.

Board Members Specific Tasks include:

• Operate LALLOA in a fiscally responsible manner
• Be Responsive to the general needs and issues of our members
• Distribute Keys to the Ramp Gates
• Distribute Water Vessel Passes for motorized water vessels
• Maintain Common Properties (i.e. lights, mowing, fence, and lock repairs)
• Maintain Boat Ramps and Docks at the Ramps on the Lake Asbury lakes
• Maintain Insurance on the lakes and Board Members
• Ensure LALLOA is compliant with Florida Laws
